Announcing the 81st Anniversary Tour of the
West Cedar Street Hidden Garden

Welcome! We hope you will join us to celebrate the 81st Anniversary of the BHGC Hidden Gardens Tour. In May and June 1929, to mark the successful formation of the Beacon Hill Garden Club the previous fall, eleven founding members opened their gardens to the public for the first time. Thus began BHGC's most important and enduring fundraiser, one which benefits environmental, horticultural, and conservation organizations across Boston, Massachusetts, and the United States.
The 2010 Tour will be held Thursday May 20, 2010, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., rain or shine. Advance tickets may be purchased at $30 per ticket prior to May 20 any of three ways: online (click here), by mail (click here), or at select retail and business locations beginning mid-March (click here). Tickets may be purchased at $35 per ticket the day of the tour at Hostess Booths on Charles Street on Beacon Hill.
On May 20, twelve member gardens and four ribbon gardens will be open to the public. Recent photos of one of those gardens are featured on the right and below. We invite you to join us to see it "live and in person."
