This building was taken down shortly after this photo was taken. Described by a writer of the time as a "lofty modern structure," the building which replaced it houses the most recent addition to the establishments which sell tickets to the 2008 Hidden Gardens Tour! BHGC will award an autographed copy of Hidden Gardens of Beacon Hill to the first three persons who buy a ticket online and email us with the following information: (1) the building location, and (2) the name of the establishment located here which has so generously agreed to sell Tour tickets through May 14.
